JaiCare is your personal health companion, available 24/7 on WhatsApp and LINE. It learns about your conditions, medications, and diet so it can give you advice that is personalised to you — not generic information from the internet.
JaiCare is designed especially for elderly people and their families. It speaks English, Arabic, and Thai, in a warm, friendly tone — like a caring friend looking out for your health.
Health & nutrition chat — Ask any question about your health or diet and get advice personalised to your conditions, medications, and allergies.
Food diary — Just tell JaiCare what you ate. It tracks your meals automatically and alerts you if something does not suit your condition.
Food photos — Send a photo of your meal and JaiCare will recognise the food and log it in your food diary automatically.
Weight & calorie tracking — JaiCare estimates the calories in your meals, logs your weight, and helps you reach your weight goal.
Medication photos — Send a photo of a medicine box and JaiCare will recognise the medication and offer to add it to your medication list.
Medical report reading — Send a photo or PDF of your lab results, prescriptions, or doctor's reports. JaiCare reads and understands them.
Lab result tracking — It compares your new results with previous ones and shows you the trend (↑ up, ↓ down, → stable).
Medication management — Tell it what you take and it saves them. It also finds medications in your medical reports and offers to add them.
Doctor directory — It remembers your doctors that you mention in conversation or that it finds in your reports.
Voice messages — Don't want to type? Send a voice message. JaiCare listens and responds just like a regular message.
Family system — A caregiver can manage patient accounts, and siblings can follow along via a secure read-only link.
Medication reminders — JaiCare reminds you to take your medications on time. If you don't confirm, it sends a gentle nudge after 30 minutes.
Appointment reminders — When you mention an appointment in conversation, JaiCare saves it and reminds you the evening before and the morning of.
Follow-up test reminders — After you send lab results, JaiCare schedules a reminder to retest based on the type of analysis.
Weekly health summary — Every Monday morning, you receive a summary of your week: messages, meals, active medications, and your next appointment.
Gentle check-in messages — JaiCare may send you a friendly message about following up with your doctor, logging food, or your general health. You can stop them by typing "stop reminders".
1. Save this number to your contacts: +66 63 206 5188
2. Open WhatsApp and send any message to the number (e.g. "Hello").
3. JaiCare greets you in your language and asks for your name.
4. Reply with your name. That's it! Your account is ready.
1. Open LINE and search for the official account: @581vrqre (or search "JaiCare Health").
2. Tap "Add Friend".
3. Send any message. JaiCare asks for your name.
4. Reply with your name and you're all set.
✨ JaiCare detects your language automatically from each message you send. If you write in English, it replies in English. Switch to Arabic mid-conversation and it switches with you. No language setting needed — just write in whichever language you're comfortable with.
After registering, JaiCare sends you a welcome message explaining everything it can do. The most important thing to do now is tell it about your conditions. This is what allows it to personalise everything for you.
Chronic conditions — Diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease, heart disease, gout, allergies — anything your doctor has diagnosed. This is the most important thing.
Medications — What you take and when. For example: "Metformin 500mg morning and evening."
Doctors — Their names and specialities. For example: "Dr Ahmad, cardiologist at Jordan Hospital."
Allergies and dietary restrictions — So JaiCare can alert you about food that doesn't suit you.
✨ You don't have to share everything at once. Tell it bit by bit over the days — it learns more every time you share.
Talk to JaiCare like you'd talk to a friend. Ask about your health, diet, medications, or test results. JaiCare knows your conditions and medications, so the answers are personalised to you.
Examples of questions you can ask:
"Can I eat fried rice with diabetes?"
"Does ibuprofen affect my blood pressure medication?"
"What should I have for dinner tonight?"
"My knee hurts — what should I do?"
Every time you mention food in your message, JaiCare logs it automatically. No special command needed — just talk naturally.
"Had rice with grilled chicken for lunch"
"Ate a banana and had coffee"
"Breakfast was eggs, toast, and olive oil"
JaiCare tracks your food over 7 days and gently alerts you if something you eat frequently doesn't suit your condition.
JaiCare recognises the type of photo you send and handles it accordingly:
Food photo — Send a photo of your meal and JaiCare recognises the food and logs it in your food diary automatically with a nutritional assessment.
Medication photo — Send a photo of a medicine box and JaiCare recognises the medication name and dosage and offers to add it to your medication list.
Medical report — Lab results, prescriptions, doctor's reports — it reads them and extracts the important data.
General photo — Any other photo is treated as a regular message and responded to.
You can send JaiCare photos or PDFs of your medical reports. It reads them, extracts the important information, and offers to save it.
Supported reports:
Blood tests and lab results — Extracts every value with its normal reference range. Compares with previous results.
Prescriptions — Extracts medications, dosages, and instructions and offers to add them to your medication list.
Hospital discharge reports — Extracts diagnoses, procedures, new medications, and follow-up appointments.
Specialist reports — Extracts assessments, recommendations, and medication changes.
Radiology reports — Extracts findings and overall impression.
Vaccination records — Extracts vaccine name, date, dose number, and next dose schedule.
✨ Send all the reports you have — even old ones. The more history JaiCare has, the better it can track trends.
When you send blood tests or lab results, JaiCare compares each result with previous ones. You'll see arrows next to each value:
↑ Value increased since last test
↓ Value decreased
→ Value stable
JaiCare explains what each change means in simple language and calmly. If something needs attention, it suggests you mention it to your doctor.
JaiCare tracks your medications in several ways:
You tell it — "I take Metformin 500mg morning and evening." JaiCare saves it immediately without asking for confirmation.
From your reports — When you send a prescription or discharge report, JaiCare finds the medications and asks if you want to add them.
From a medicine box photo — Send a photo of the medicine box and JaiCare recognises it and offers to add it.
If you later say "I now take Metformin 1000mg", it updates the existing record automatically.
Don't want to type? Send a voice message on WhatsApp or LINE. JaiCare will:
1. Confirm it received it ("Got your voice message! Give me a moment to listen...")
2. Convert it to text
3. Treat it exactly like a regular message — food tracking, health advice, everything works
JaiCare provides you with a personal web portal that shows all your health data in one place. The portal works on any browser — mobile or desktop.
1. Type "my portal" in the chat.
2. JaiCare sends you a personal link.
3. Open the link in your browser.
4. Enter the phone number registered with JaiCare.
5. You'll receive a verification code (6 digits) via WhatsApp. Enter it on the page.
6. Your portal is ready! The session stays active for 7 days.
✨ The link is valid for 30 days. After that, you can request a new link by typing "my portal" again.
The portal displays 8 main sections:
Health summary — Your chronic conditions, allergies, and dietary restrictions at a glance.
Doctor directory — All doctors saved with JaiCare, with their specialities and contact information.
Medications — Your current medication list with dosages and times.
Reminders — All your active reminders — medications, appointments, tests.
Upcoming appointments — Your appointments saved with JaiCare.
Food diary — Your logged meals for the last 7 days.
Lab results — All your lab results grouped by date, with normal and abnormal values highlighted.
Recent conversations — Your latest messages with JaiCare.
In addition to sending reports via WhatsApp or LINE, you can upload files directly from the portal. There is a file upload area at the bottom of the page.
Beyond logging your food, JaiCare estimates the calories and nutrients in your meals and helps you track your weight towards your goal.
Calorie & nutrient estimates — Every meal you log, whether by text or photo, gets an approximate estimate of calories along with protein, carbohydrates, and fat — all prefixed with ~ because they are estimates, not precise measurements.
Log your weight — Just type "my weight is 87kg". JaiCare logs it and shows you your weight trend over time. Kilograms only.
Set a weight goal — Tell it your goal, e.g. "goal 80kg". It estimates a realistic timeline and tracks your progress gently, without imposing calorie targets.
Check your numbers any time — "my weight" (log and trend), "diet summary" (weight + calories + streak), "my calories" (today's approximate calories), "my goal" (your goal and progress).
Weekly diet summary — Every Sunday morning, JaiCare sends you a diet summary: your weight trend, average daily calories, and logging streak.
All calorie and nutrient figures are AI estimates marked with ~, useful for awareness but not a substitute for precise dietary tracking. JaiCare tracks and encourages — it never sets calorie targets or prescribes strict diets.
JaiCare supports a full family system with three roles:
This is the person who manages the patient's account — usually a son, daughter, or spouse. The caregiver can:
Send messages on behalf of the patient ("switch to Dad" / "switch to Mum")
Send medical reports to the patient's account
View all of the patient's conversations with JaiCare
Switch back to their own account by typing "switch to me"
A caregiver can manage up to 2 patients at a time.
✨ If you haven't sent a message for more than 2 hours, JaiCare asks "Who is this message about?" to make sure it's responding on the right account.
The caregiver has a dedicated web portal for managing patient accounts from the browser. The portal offers:
View all patients linked to the caregiver's account
Access each patient's conversations with JaiCare
View health data for each patient (conditions, medications, lab results, food)
Upload medical reports for any patient
Cancel pending data deletion requests
To access the portal, the caregiver types "my portal" in the chat. The portal is secured with phone number verification, same as the regular user portal.
The patient talks to JaiCare normally. The caregiver can see all of the patient's conversations with JaiCare. The patient cannot see the caregiver's messages.
Siblings can follow the patient's conversations with JaiCare via a secure link in the browser — read-only, they cannot send messages. Up to 3 siblings per patient.
Each sibling gets a personal link. When they open the link:
1. They enter their registered phone number.
2. They receive a verification code via WhatsApp.
3. After verification, they can see the patient's conversations with JaiCare (read-only).
4. The page auto-refreshes every 30 seconds.
If a sibling sends a message to JaiCare directly, they receive a friendly message that their account is read-only, along with the viewing link.
JaiCare doesn't wait for you to write — it reaches out proactively to help you stay on top of your health. All proactive messages work on WhatsApp and LINE, are sent in your preferred language, and respect your local time zone.
If you've told JaiCare about your medications and their times, it sends you a reminder at each scheduled time. On WhatsApp, the reminder comes with two buttons: "Done" and "Remind me later". On LINE, it's a text message.
If you don't respond within 30 minutes, JaiCare sends a gentle nudge.
"Change magnesium to 7am" — changes the reminder time
"I now take Metformin 1000mg" — updates the dosage
"Delete Metformin" / "I stopped taking aspirin" — removes the medication and its reminders
Whenever you mention an upcoming appointment in conversation — in any language — JaiCare detects it automatically and saves it. You receive two reminders: one the evening before (7pm) and one the morning of (7am).
"my appointments" — shows all upcoming appointments
"cancel the appointment" — cancels the appointment
"reschedule my appointment to next Tuesday" — updates the date
When you send lab results, JaiCare schedules a reminder to retest based on the type of analysis. For example: HbA1c after 3 months, kidney function after 6 months, CRP after 1 month. When the time comes, it sends a message with three options: "Book a test", "Already done", or "Not yet".
"stop HbA1c reminder" — stops that specific reminder only
Every Monday morning (in your local time), JaiCare sends active users a weekly summary: how many messages you sent, how many meals you logged, your active medications, and your next appointment.
JaiCare may occasionally send you a friendly check-in message. Three types: doctor follow-up, food logging reminder, and general health check-in.
"stop reminders" — stops all check-in messages
"start reminders" — turns them back on
"stop food reminders" — stops food logging reminders only
"my reminders" — shows a comprehensive view: medication reminders (with times), upcoming appointments, retest schedules, weekly summary status, and check-in message status.
JaiCare uses your time zone to send reminders at the right local time. If you travel or relocate, just tell it where you are:
"I'm in Singapore" / "I'm in Thailand" — it recognises over 20 locations and maps them to the correct time zone. All your reminders adjust automatically.
"pause reminders" — pauses all reminders until you turn them back on
"pause for 3 days" — pauses and automatically resumes after 3 days
"resume reminders" — turns everything back on

| Command | What it does |
| my data / بياناتي / ข้อมูลของฉัน | Shows a complete summary of everything stored with JaiCare. |
| my profile / ملفي / โปรไฟล์ของฉัน | Shows your detailed health profile. |
| privacy / سياسة الخصوصية / นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว | Shows a summary of the privacy policy. |
| delete my data / احذف بياناتي / ลบข้อมูลของฉัน | Permanently deletes all your data. Asks for confirmation by typing YES. |
If you are a patient within a family and request "delete my data", a 30-day waiting period is applied instead of immediate deletion. The caregiver is notified and can cancel the deletion during this period by typing "cancel deletion for [patient name]" or via the caregiver web portal. After 30 days without cancellation, the data is deleted automatically.
When a caregiver types "delete my data", they receive a choice: [My data] or [patient name]. "My data" deletes only the caregiver's own health data. The patient name deletes that patient's data.
You can also email privacy@jaicare.health to request corrections, a copy of your data, or to withdraw consent.
Tell it about your conditions first — This is the most important step. Without it, advice will be generic.
Send all your reports — Lab results, prescriptions, discharge reports — even old ones. More history = better tracking.
Tell it what you ate — Just mention it naturally. It logs automatically.
Send food photos — Meal photos are logged automatically in the food diary.
Use voice messages if typing is difficult — Everything works exactly the same.
Ask any question — No question is wrong. JaiCare answers or tells you it doesn't know.
JaiCare is not a doctor — It gives useful advice, but always follow your doctor's instructions. JaiCare will never tell you to stop a medication or change a dosage.
